I haven't received a reply, what should I do?
Some users log in and check their messages less frequently than others, so we recommend allowing 48 hours for a reply.
If they have left a contact number on the website, you can contact them via telephone while waiting for a reply.
There’s a number of reasons why you may not receive a reply:
For whatever reason, a user may think your profile/room doesn’t meet their criteria and choose to not reply.
Other reasons may be that they have many offers and are taking some time to sort through them and respond to everyone who got in touch, or they’re no longer looking but haven’t updated their profile/advert yet. In this case:
- Their search profile will automatically be deactivated after 15 days of inactivity
- Their advert will automatically be deactivated after 30 days of inactivity
If after 2 days, you still don’t have a response, the best thing you can do is to continue checking your search page for new listings or search profiles. If you have subscribed to our mailing list, you will get notified when there are new profiles/rooms that meet your criteria. We get new rooms and profiles regularly, and the best one may just be waiting for you!
